Improving the human-animal bond through education

Animal Encounters Sanctuary is a 501(c)3 non-profit organization that was founded in 2003. We are dedicated to helping native, exotic and domestic species in need. In addition to providing a safe and permanent placement for animals in need, we also focus on improving the human-animal bond though education. Our passion is to be a resource for all those that help zoological species. Our goal is to provide you with tips and resources to help you and the animals you care for every day.

The Sanctuary has three more sites that support different veterinary and animal related topics.
